ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ - ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ

• ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 16, (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಾರ್ತೆ ) 2016 ರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯು (PMFBY) ರೈತರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (NIC - national informatics centre) ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ “ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ” ಹೆಸರಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸ್ವಂತ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (PMFBY) ಯ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ.

• ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 14, 2023 ರಂದು ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯವರು ಈ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

• ದಿನಾಂಕ 31.05.2022 ರವರೆಗೆ, 2018 ರಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ 5.66 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರ ರೂ.687.4 ಕೋಟಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತವು ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದವು. ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ಈ ಬೃಹತ್ ಬಾಕಿಯನ್ನು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ 2018 ರಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಕಾಲ ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದ 5.66 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರ ರೂ.687.4 ಕೋಟಿಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವೇಗವಾದ ಹಸ್ತಾಕ್ಷೇಪದಿಂದಾಗಿ, 5.66 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರು ರೂ.687.44 ಕೋಟಿ ಪಾವತಿಯ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಾಂಕ 31.05.2022 ರಿಂದ ಈ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

• 2021 ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 16.15 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (PMFBY) ಗೆ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು 2022 ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ ರೈತರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 23.86 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡಿದೆ. ಇದು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಶೇಕಡಾ 47.74 ರಷ್ಟು ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರಚಾರ (IEC) ಅಭಿಯಾನಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ PMFBY ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

• 2021 ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಪಿಎಂಎಫ್‌ಬಿವೈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 13.35 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹೆಕ್ಟೇರ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆವಿಮೆಯಡಿ ನೋಂದಾವಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು 2022 ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಬೆಳೆವಿಮೆಯಡಿ ನೋಂದಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಲಾದ ಪ್ರದೇಶವು 18.94 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹೆಕ್ಟೇರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡಿದೆ. ಇದು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ವಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡಾ 41.8% ರಷ್ಟು ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರಚಾರ (IEC) ಅಭಿಯಾನಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ PMFBY ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಕಳೆದ ಆರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯದ ರೈತರ ಬೆಳೆವಿಮೆ ನೋಂದಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿವೆ. 2022 ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನಿಂದ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಒನ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತನ್ಮೂಲಕ 4.66 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರನ್ನು ,ಬೆಳೆವಿಮೆಯಡಿ ನೋಂದಾವಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ., ಇದು ಕೂಡ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯದ ರೈತರ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಮಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ತಲುಪುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

• 2022 ರ ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ವಿಕೋಪಗಳಿಂದ ಹಾನಿಗೊಳಗಾದ 5.60 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಬಿತ್ತನೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ನಷ್ಟ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವಿಪತ್ತುಗಳು, ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲತೆ (ಭಿತ್ತನೆ ವಿಫಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ) ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಯ್ಲು ನಂತರದ ನಷ್ಟದ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳಂತಹ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಭದ್ರತೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.298.57 ಕೋಟಿಗಳ ಬೆಳೆ ವಿಮೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. (ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ).

• ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡಾ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳೆ ಕಟಾವು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು (CCE - Crop Cutting experiments) CCE ಅಗ್ರಿ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಬಳಸಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

• ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಋತುವಿಗಾಗಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ವಿಮಾ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಒಂದರಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಈ ದೀರ್ಘ ಸಮಯದ ಅಂತರದಿಂದಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬೆಳೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ರೈತರು ಹಿಂಜರಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ವಿಮಾ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ/ಸೆಟಲ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ನಡುವಿನ ಈ ದೀರ್ಘ ಸಮಯದ ವಿಳಂಬವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು, ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ವಿಮೆ ನೋಂದಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗೆ ವಿಮಾ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತ‌ಗಳ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಿದೆ. ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮಿ 2022 ಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರಣ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಅದೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತ‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರೈತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೆಳೆ ವಿಮೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತ‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ವರ್ಷವಿಡೀ ಕಾಯಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

• ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅವಧಿಗೆ, ಆ ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದರೊಳಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ತನ್ನ ವಂತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಾಲು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವುದರಿಂದ ವಿಮಾ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತ‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಎಂಎಫ್‌ಬಿವೈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, ಮುಂಗಾರು ಹಂಗಾಮು 2023 ಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ರೂ.951 ಕೋಟಿ ಮುಂಗಡ ವಂತಿಗೆಯನ್ನೂ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

• ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆ (PMFBY) ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನವೀನ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ರೈತರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತ‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ

• ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈತ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಫಸಲ್ ಬಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯು (PMFBY) ಬಹುಪಾಲುದಾರರ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು PMFBY ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಲುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ, ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅಂದಿನ ಅಪರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ , ಹಿಂದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಈಗಿನ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ಇ-ಆಡಳಿತ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಖ್ಯಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕರ್‌ಗಳ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳು, 7000+ ಗ್ರಾಮ-ಒನ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು PMFBY ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಮೊದಲ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಪಾರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿವೆ.

• Implementation of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana

• Bangalore, April 16 (Karnataka Varthe): PMFBY scheme is being implemented in the State, since 2016 through State’s own portal named “Samrakshane” designed and developed by State through National Informatics Centre (NIC). Karnataka State has been ranked as number 1 at the National Level, for the Best Implementation of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), in the entire country. PMFBY is a flagship programme of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India.

• The Award has been received by Secretary to Government, Department of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka from the Honourable Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, in the National Conference held at Chhattisgarh, on April 14th 2023.
• 
  
• As on 31.05.2022, 5.66 lakh farmer claims amounting to Rs. 687.4 crores were pending due to various operational and technical reasons since 2018. A Campaign Mode approach was adopted throughout the State to clear this huge pendency arising out of operational and technical reasons. Due to these concerted efforts 5.66 lakhs farmers claims amounting to Rs.687.4 crores have been settled which were long pending since 2018. Due to the aggressive intervention of the department, 5.66 lakh farmers have been benefitted with the claims of Rs.687.44 crores payout/settlement being cleared since 31.05.2022.

• In 2021 Kharif, 16.15 lakh farmers had enrolled for PMFBY scheme and in 2022 Kharif, the number of farmers enrolled increased to 23.86 lakhs. This ensured a 47.74 percent record increase in the enrollment when compared to the previous year. This increase in enrolment under PMFBY was achieved due to massive IEC campaigns conducted throughout the State.

• In 2021 Kharif, 13.35 lakh hectare area was insured in the State under PMFBY scheme , and in 2022 Kharif, the area insured increased to 18.94 lakh hectares. This ensured a 41.8 % increase in the area insured when compared to the previous year. This increase in area under PMFBY was achieved due to massive IEC campaigns conducted throughout the State.

• Common Service Centres are engaged in enrollment of non-loanee farmers since last 6 years. From Kharif 2022, Grama-One centers are channelized in the State who have enrolled 4.66 lakh farmers, which again has contributed to an increase in enrollment of non-loanee farmers. Thus the insurance product has been made more easily accessible to the farmers.

• For Kharif 2022 season, 5.60 lakh farmers whose fields were affected by natural calamities have already been compensated within the same year itself (which was not being done in the previous years) with crop insurance claims being settled to the tune of Rs.298.57 crores under Add-On Coverages such as Prevented Sowing, Localized Calamities, Mid-season Adversity and Post Harvest Loss claims.
• In Karnataka State 100 % of the CCE (Crop Cutting Experiments) are conducted using CCE Agri APP.

• In previous years the insurance settlement to farmers for a particular season used to be settled generally after one to two years. This huge time gap was demotivating the farmers to get their crops insured. In order to overcome this huge time lag between the insurance enrollments and payout/settlement, the Department of Agriculture galvanized the entire machinery to ensure that the enrollment and settlement of insurance claims happens within the same year. Due to the adoption of this approach for Kharif 2022 we have been able to settle the claims in the same year itself. The State has ensured that the farmers need not wait year long to get their crop insurance claims settled.
• For the entire 3 year tender period, State has released its share in full within the completion of that year. Insurance companies settled the claims in time as the State share is released in full. For Kharif 2023 State has released advance share of Rs.951 crores, for the implementation of PMFBY scheme.
• Karnataka State has set an inspiring precedent for the country by adopting innovative approaches in effective implementation of the Central scheme Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) by creating awareness amongst the farmers about the scheme and helping them by ensuring timely settlement of claims.
• PMFBY being a multi-stakeholder scheme, the Secretary Agriculture Department thanks all the stakeholders of the PMFBY scheme namely, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, present Chief Secretary who was the then Additional Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner for driving the scheme, the previous and present Additional Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner, The Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Horticulture, The Secretary to Government, Department of e-Governance, National Informatics Centre, Department of Economics and Statistics, State Level Bankers Committee and all its member banks, 7000+ Grama-One Centres and Common Service Centres for their immense contribution towards achieving the first rank in implementation of PMFBY and for ultimately helping the farmers in distress.

• ಭಾರತ ಗೌರವ್ ಕಾಶಿ ದರ್ಶನ ರೈಲು ಯಾತ್ರೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ರದ್ದು

• ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 16 (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಾರ್ತೆ) ಭಾರತ ಗೌರವ್ ಕಾಶಿ ದರ್ಶನ ಯೋಜನೆ ಆಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರಣಾಸಿ- ಆಯೋದ್ಯೆ- ಪ್ರಯಾಗ್‌ರಾಜ್‌ಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 14-04-2023 ಮತ್ತು 28-04-2023 ರಂದು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ 25-03-2023 ರಿಂದ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೀಟಿಗಳನ್ನು Iಖಅಖಿಅ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರರಾಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 29-03-2023 ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಅಂದಿನಿಂದಲೇ ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಎರಡೂ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳಂದು ನಿಗಧಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರವಾಸಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ದಿನಾಂಕ : 14-04-2023ರ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 29-03-2023 ರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾದರಿ ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬುಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿ ದೊರೆಯದ ಕಾರಣ ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ದತ್ತಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
